Hey let's make this easy! SuppVault.com is small business and a family business. Our customers are our family and you never turn your back on family! Family trusts each other and family is much more then blood. SuppVault wants to make any concern right to you!


Refunds

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days AFTER RECIEVING your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@suppvault.com. After your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as being a small business is hectic and a return uncounted for may not be refunded right away and we want to make sure you are refunded right away!

Cancel Order

By all means we will refund your order if you want to cancel! Please do not hesitate and send the request right away to support@suppvault.com

We will process your refund right away. Please keep in mind we are human and it may take a few hours to see your email but we will see it and we will refund you:)

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sometimes powders might have a slight bit of powder on the rim. This is totally normal as they are sealed from the manufacturer to us and along the way being thrown by the carrier (which we try to pack with care as every item is hand packed by us!)


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Opened items may not be returned, however most products do have a satisfaction guarantee. Meaning if you do not love it you can return it! You would simply return to the manufacturer and they will credit you or we can do on your behalf! Contact us at support@suppvault.com and we will help you in this case for a refund!
